Contrary to what some of these picture show I am an advocate of Buying new. And keep in mind that the builders fixed all these
defects. I just had to bring the defects to their attention. That's what I do......
As you can see my inspecting education and experience was extensive back in Texas and New Mexico and now in Washington State. I have done thousands and thousands of inspections, both new and existing homes.
